At Pocket Relics, we carefully inspect and pack each item to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition you expect.
If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to assist you with sincerity.
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
You received an incorrect item.
Please contact us at pocketrelicsjp@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please record an unboxing video when opening the package.
To prevent product switching, the video must clearly show the condition of the item immediately after opening.
If no video is provided, we may not be able to process claims for damage.
Include your order number and a description of the issue in your email.
We will respond with instructions within 2 business days.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Unless the return is due to our error, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns for personal reasons are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened and unused.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
