We ship from Japan to most countries worldwide, including:

  • Europe (e.g., Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, Slovakia, Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom)

  • Asia (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, South Korea)

  • Oceania (e.g., Australia, New Zealand)

Please note: Delivery may not be available to certain regions due to customs or local postal restrictions.


🚚 Shipping Methods

We offer two reliable shipping options:

  • DHL Express – Fast, tracked, and ideal for urgent or high-value orders.

  • Japan Post Registered Small Packet – Tracked and cost-effective, with customs-friendly processing via postal clearance.

If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us before ordering.


📦 Packaging

All cards and stickers are packed with collector care:

  • Brand-new protective sleeves

  • Sturdy mailers to prevent bending and water damage

As collectors ourselves, we take every step to ensure your order arrives safely.


⏳ Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Weekends and Japanese public holidays are excluded. During national holidays like Golden Week and New Year, processing may take longer.


📦 Combined Shipping

If your first order hasn’t shipped yet, you can combine multiple purchases. Leave a note at checkout, and we will do our best to pack them together and refund any excess shipping charges.

 Shipping charges are fixed per region, regardless of quantity:

📋 Customs, VAT & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to taxes or import duties. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer's responsibility.

We are unable to mark items as "gifts" or declare lower values.


❗ Lost / Damaged / Incorrect Shipments

  • Lost in transit: If a package doesn't arrive within two weeks after the estimated delivery date, we will issue a full refund upon request.

  • Wrong or incomplete order: We'll offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Transit damage: If your item arrives damaged, contact us for a full refund.
